Membership discounts are applicable to concierge services but do not include the delivery fee.
Memberships and associated discounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family or friends.
A $40 cancellation fee will be charged for early membership termination without exceptions.
Unused IVs remain valid for redemption within three months from the final membership invoice payment date.
Monthly injections are not eligible for rollover.
